Dying Light update gets new items, harder difficulty and dune buggies.

Techland has released a free patch to make life more difficult for you free runners out there, adding a new difficulty mode, new in-game items and the ability to drive a dune buggie into a herd of unsuspecting in infected while giving players a new way to roam  around the city.

The Patch comes with several new costumes, more than 50 weapons which include Bone Splitter and Rune Hammer, as well as several gameplay improvements. In Hard mode, the Nights become longer, enemies are stronger and you heal slower.

This update won’t be the last, as Techland released a teaser video showing some more weapons including bow and arrows, and some Vehicle racing. While no release date have been given about the future content, the current hard-mode and other updates are now available for all consoles.
