Driveclub has had a slew of different problems since the game’s launch, which has left to a delay of the Free PSPlus version of the game and several fixes to attempt to get the game back on track.
The game from Evolution Studios has become a marvellous wreck due to being one of the first game announced for the PS4 and having a lot of hype backed into it with the Free PSPlus version. Driveclub joins last weeks Assassins Creed: Unity in Infamy as examples on how it is not a bad thing to delay a game if you need more time to fix everything, as well as the purpose of good Quality Control.
As an apology to those who purchased Driveclub only to fall into these problems, players will receive Novembers “paid” DLC for free. The Ignition Expansion Pack and Photo-Finish Tour Pack are due for a November 25th launch and will feature five new cars, 22 new tour events, 10 new trophies and 10 new livery items. Since this pack was also part of the Season Pass, Pass holders will now receive two more packs set for a July 2015 release.
Driveclub will see another update on November 18th add several game balances and fixes as well as the ever popular Photo Mode.
