The classic beat’em up series, Double Dragon, will be celebrating it’s 30th anniversary this year, so what better time to make a comeback with the newly announced Double Dragon 4.
Being developed by key members of the original 1987 arcade game with director Yoshihisa Kishimoto, his first time back on the series since Super Double Dragon on the Super Nintendo; Double Dragon 4 will feature the same 2D beat’em up gameplay as the previous games, and will feature new moves for the Lee Brothers, while staying true to the original Sprite Graphics.
Arc System Works will be publishing the game for PS4 and PC worldwide on January 30th and January 31st respectfully. No price has been set for the upcoming beat’em up however according to the press release, Double Dragon 4 will be 1-2 players offline only.
