While we wait patiently for Persona 5 to hit North America (seriously, February 14th can’t come fast enough) folks in Japan are already enjoying the RPG and giving it stellar reviews. Since Persona 5 is such a hot topic now, Atlus is partnering up with Capcom for a special event for the free-to-play Dragon’s Dogma Online.
The results are… interesting.
The collaboration will see four P5 costumes (the Phantom Suit, the Panther Rubber, the Trickster Suit, and Trickster Rubber) in Dragon’s Dogma Online starting October 13th. However the major difference in the graphics presentation is odd when you have a closer look.
Sadly Dragon’s Dogma Online currently has no official plans for a western launch, however Capcom did file for an extension for the trademark in North America, so it may be possible that we’ll see something in the near future.
