Later this months, PC owners will be able to get their first taste of boots-on-the-ground gameplay for Call of Duty WWII as the PC Open Beta will start on September 29th and last until October 2nd.
“The PC Open Beta is just a small part of the full Call of Duty: WWII multiplayer experience coming to Steam in November,” Sledgehammer Games wrote. “This test is a critical step on our road to delivering the best possible online experience on Steam at launch in November.”
The beta is meant to test the multiplayer systems and Call of Duty: WWII’s infrastructure at scale, while giving everyone a final chance to get a taste for the game and provide Sledgehammer with some valuable feedback before the game launches on November 3rd.
If you’re interested in testing the game, Sledgehammer has provided the minimum specifications for the PC version. It is worth noting that these recommendations could be changed prior to launch.
