The Free-to-play platform brawler – Brawlhalla – is coming out of Early Access soon, but those interested in the console version will be seeing a closed Beta very soon on PS4, but if your decision to play the console version is tearing you and your friends apart, don’t worry, because Brawlhalla will have cross-play functionality!
The closed beta starts today (August 1st) and you can still sign up at the moment by going to the sign up link, or you can purchase the Founder’s Pack for $20 which includes access to every current and future character, an exclusive avatar, nameplate and Personal Sentry IV Spawn bot.
Brawlhalla is a free-to-play online and local platform fighter developed by Blue Mammoth Games, which allows you to pick between 30 different champions and allows you to fight your friends in 1v1, 2v2, or 4 player free-for-all battles.
The second Official Brawlhalla World Championship will run from Friday, November 3rd to Sunday, November 5th in Atlanta Georga where players will face off in 1v1 and 2v2 brackets with more than $100,000 on the line. Regional Championships will begin September 2nd 2017 and continue each weekend through October 8th, giving players in Australia, Southeast Asia, Brazil, Europe, US-E and US-W regions a chance to earn a spot at the World Championship.
