During Nintendo’s Indie showcase, Inti Creates dropped a surprise title on us in the form of Blaster Master Zero 2 which launched immediately after the show.
Blaster Master Zero was originally announced during the first “Nindies” Nintendo Direct in 2017 and was an updated remake of the first Blaster Master title on the NES. The sequel is a brand new adventure which will see the series protagonist Jason along with the Sophia-Tank as they travel to different planets and taking on new threats.
Blaster Master Zero 2 keeps much of the same aesthetics of the original, with some great 2D pixelated work that we’ve come to know from Inti Creates while following the same format of the original game with 2D tank segments and top down adventuring. All of which you can see in the trailer above.
The game also won’t break your wallet as it is available now for $9.99 USD.
