The second and probably more interesting piece of Assassin’s Creed Origins DLC to be release – The Curse of the Pharaohs, is out now on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The story-based DLC is set 4 years after the events of Assassin’s Creed Origins and continues Bayek’s Journey as he travels to the ancient capital city of Thebes to investigate rumours of a curse in that region.
The curse of course, leaves him battling giant scorpions, undead Medjay, famous cursed pharaohs and more as Bayek’s investigates the temples of Karnak and Luxor and the secret tombs of the Valley of Kings. On top of the new story content, the DLC also increases the level cap to 55, introduces new crafting levels, resources, and abilities, as well as new outfits and gear including rare and legendary weapons theemed around classic Egyptian mythology.
The is available as part of the Assassin’s Creed Origins season pass, the collectors edition of the game, or separately via your preferred digital marketplace.
