Harmonix’s action rhythm game Amplitude had a bit of difficulty making it to it’s goal of $750,000 via Kickstarter, and for a short amount of time it looked like the game was not going to make it. But as of yesterday, with less then 21 hours remaining, the game cleared it’s Kickstarter goal, earning a total of $844,127 in the process.
The Rock Band and Dance Central developer recently admitted that the Kickstarter funding was “less than half of the project budget for the game,” in which the rest of the funding would be coming from the developers pocket. The game will be launched on PS3 and PS4 due to Sony owning the rights to the game.
