Friday the 13th gets free NES inspired Jason

Gun Media and Illfonic’s Friday the 13th was off to a rocky start with server issues and glitches galore, but the development team have thanked those holding on to the game in the best way possible, free DLC.

Starting today, Gun Media and Illfonic will be releasing several in-game updates which will give 2 free outfits for each counselor, 13,000 free CP to spend, and a new Jason skin inspired by original Friday the 13th game on the NES which will include the infamous purple jumpsuit and teal skin. This is all completed with an original chiptune track from Mitch Murder.

The updates will be available on all three platforms and a special double xp weekend will also occur between June 23rd to 25th. Friday the 13th’s multiplayer mode is available on PS4, Xbox One and PC, its single-player mode will be available later this year.
